The data controllers are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy (Kaizen, Monoverse, and CAIB together "We", "Us", "Our").

If you want to stop receiving communications from us in MyAccount environment select the Personal Data Option. In the “You can contact me on the following channels” area untick all selected options.
18.5 When my data cannot be deleted?
We cannot proceed with the execution of your request if you have not completed the Account Verification process and we have not yet confirmed your identity, or in case there is a legal impediment, or the resolution of a competent authority that does not allow the deletion.
